I have been through 22 Electro Convulsive Therapy treatments, take 18 pills a day for depression, complex PTSD, panic attacks, insomnia, etc. October 3, 2024 I adopted a 5 pound puppy who is now my Psychiatric Service Dog. She's saved my life.

A follow-up to my previous post. My Life saver, Downie, is now 11 months old, and is a month away from being a certified therapy dog. She helps me every single day. If she can help me, she will help hundreds of others. She will visit Sick Kids Hospitals, hospice care, autism programming, & LTC.
