28 year old male. 300 Lbs. Really worried about leukemia or some type of blood disorder. I’ve noticed 3 or 4 bruises show up randomly with no cause (that I can think of, besides playing goalie in soccer) did blood work and it all came back normal. Is this something that would rule out leukemia

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. Motor neurons reach from the brain to the spinal cord and from the spinal cord to the muscles throughout the body. When the motor neurons die, the ability of the brain to initiate and control muscle movement is lost. With voluntary muscle action progressively affected, patients in the later stages of the disease may become totally paralyzed.Does this seem like Atrophy? Mom worried about ALS.

Recent CT scan says the same condition but with minimally prominent lymph nodes (not enlarged) doctor told me the lymph nodes are normal size. So do both have 0 lymphadenopathy?

We aim to become the reddit home of medical imaging professionals and lay-users interested in medical imaging.Found this on my scalp yesterday (first pic). Saw a walk in derm who said it was an “irritation”. But he’s also 80 years old so I’m skeptical. Disappeared when I press on it but made it irritated by rubbing (second pic) Doesn’t this look like a mole? Not worried but curious what people think. Thx :)

Does anyone know the answer to this. Online, some people say yes and some say no. So I’m very confused. Mine completely do. First pic is today, second is on Christmas Eve
